5 Ingredient Energy Bars

Yup, you read that correctly. 5 ingredients. These little tasty guys are so freaking yuuuuummy. I mean….they are wonderful.

Oats, Dates, Peanut Butter, Honey, Almonds. Done and done.
Note: Don’t do what I did and accidentally add an extra “ingredient”….make sure your dates are pitted.

I absolutely love the Minimalist Baker for low maintenance recipes, and they definitely didn’t let me down on this one.

Say goodbye to expensive store bought granola bars filled with words you can’t pronounce. These are the perfect snack when you’re needing a little extra natural energy to power through the day.
