Happy Monday y’all! I don’t know about you, but I feel like this month is flying by. Christmas is a week and a half away, and the countdown to 2015 is freakishly close. Holy wowza.
Lately, my days of going for a long afternoon run are few and far between. When I have such limited free time, I find it extra important to make my workouts as efficient as possible. And c’mon, what’s more efficient than a circuit workout?
This workout is inspired by the whole “I hate to see you go, but I love to watch you leave” concept. While you’ll work pretty much your entire body, the emphasis is on the (ahem)…backside…today. You’ll need free weights and about 30 minutes. I used 10 lb and 15 lb dumbbells, but use the weights that are appropriate for your fitness level.
Note: To step it up, add in cardio before each set. I ran a mile before I did the circuit each time, but find something that works for you.
